Room for improvement

While I like the simplicity of the product, there should be some simple changes to improve its functionality. Considering I paid $300 for the camera, I was expecting it to have some more customization through the software.
I bought this as a baby monitor, with added video, but since it times out after 10 minutes, I have to constantly click the app to keep it open. This should allow for constant monitoring at least for audio.

I have been getting login errors from my iPad and iPhone, but no issues with my blackberry, my pc using ie or my Mac using safari
