I cant register my username and login

The app is not working since last updated

I chose this camera to use the wifi. Now I cant even install the App to sign up, because my Apple account is from Brazil. Please, help me make this work as promissed! Cant even do it by pc!

Terrible product. Dont buy!

Summer does not have any commitment with its clients. You pay more for a baby monitor because of the web access and the application is simply not compatible with iPhone 5, which is not the latest version of Apple. Thats unbelieveble!!!

It worked once, and then never connected again, ridiculous....

Horrible They sell the product but it is not allowed to download the app in Brasil.

How do you get your password to log on? Theres no help on this app at all!

Not recommended, logged into my account on the Internet and another baby/crib appeared... Returned cam

This app hasnt been working for about a month after updating. Finally I see a "rollback version" update, but still doesnt work on my iPhone.

Awful awful awful horrible mess of a product. iPhone/iPad app has not worked in over a month, web version is a crappy flash-based disaster that times you out after watching for 10 minutes. A baby monitor (particularly one this expensive) is expected to be a reliable appliance. The timeouts, bugs and overall sloppiness of the system is unforgivable. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY!!!

So it turns out it works great on data or if your out and use someone elses wifi. Why is it I cant watch it while being on the same wifi its programmed to? Thats the issue I need fixed, and its available for iPad now under iPhone apps

Bought this product with great excitement. Got it home and set it up. Worked perfectly on iPhone 4S and iPad. Went through the software update about a month ago and has never worked on the 3G network since. Not acceptable for a product that is very costly. No happy with customer service as I live in Ontario, Canada and the Summer service centre is in the States. Call backs are promised but never received. Going to be calling AGAIN tomorrow.

While I like the simplicity of the product, there should be some simple changes to improve its functionality. Considering I paid $300 for the camera, I was expecting it to have some more customization through the software. I bought this as a baby monitor, with added video, but since it times out after 10 minutes, I have to constantly click the app to keep it open. This should allow for constant monitoring at least for audio. I have been getting login errors from my iPad and iPhone, but no issues with my blackberry, my pc using ie or my Mac using safari

Worked perfect on my 4S at first, then installed the updated app which was supposedly to fix bugs, etc. It has not worked since! Come on Summer...$300+ dollars and all these issues...make it right!

Just installed the new update and now the ap wont work. Fix it ASAP please! When the ap is working this is great but there are so many bugs.

I never had an issue with the app until I updated it yesterday. Im not able to login at all. Its working on my laptop but the point of buying this product was the convenience of the app... Fix it please.

It is not working , very bad and very expensive monitor as it has this app that doesnt work. I only see black screen with the word loading

No trouble logging in however the 10 minute timeout feature needs to be removed or made an option. A monitor is not very useful if you have to refresh it every 10 minutes

Used to work reasonably well but now will not connect ever. Very disappointing as the app was the main selling feature for this monitor. Will not be purchasing other products from Summer.
