I will like this to be connected for indefinite period of time. It should not log off. Please please. I have somebody watching my kids and I will like to see how they do with her. Thanks

Logs out every 20 minutes, freezes constantly, very very slow and now it wont even log in. Camera is still working, why isnt it logging in?!

I would highly recommend buying a different baby monitor. This app rarely works and is always Showing errors while logging in, "failed login" or "camera offline" but when you check the camera and login info everything is on and typed in correctly. Beware of this monitor, buy the other brands. Nothing but headaches with this one

I would have given this 0 stars a few months ago... But the app finally works on both my iPhone and iPad! So now any smart device is another monitor! My parents and inlaws can log on and see him when we text them and tell him he is in his crib! I have to reset the router every once in a while but I love the whole system!

I chose this monitor because we would be able to use our phones to monitor the baby. Also it is good for my husband who works nights. Unfortunately I cannot simply peek at the monitor when I wake up during the night. I have to log in every time and most of the time it doesnt load so I have to close it out completely and start over. We should have stuck with a cheaper monitor. I have had many friends who have also had children in the last six months and I have told every single one to avoid this monitor. After seeing how many people had similar experiences and reviews, it would be nice to see the developers use this feedback to improve the product. If they are unwilling to improve, it would be nice for them to refund our money...a mom can dream, right?

We use this app daily and nightly for our daughter. She is 2 now so we really only need it when shes going to sleep which it is adequate for. It certainly is not effective for all night monitoring. The big issue here is that the app is a bit wonky and buggy. But there have been no updates at all. No iPad version. No timer preferences. Can be glitchy in landscape mode. It just feels like a release and forget it. That part is too bad, but the app is useful.

I cant even log in. Sometimes even get a password error and believe me Im making sure I entered it in correctly. Very disappointing when this was the reason I chose this product.

App doesnt even let us log in. We had to send the monitor back and them send us a new one. The new one actually works however the app does not. We have changed our log in over three times. Every time it says password or user ID incorrect. Then it times out after 10 minutes on the phone and you have to keep logging in every time. Half the time Ive had to completely close out the app then go back in and log in. This app needs a serious update.

It would be nice to be able to control how long a viewing session is, 10 minutes just does not cut it when you are trying to get things done around the house. Constantly having to log back in creates more hassle than its worth. Also when it does log you out it just leaves the screen up which drains your battery life. Even when you log in on the computer you still have to tell it youre still watching. Should have spent money on something else.

I dont even care that I have to log in every 10/15 minutes after it times out but when my baby is crying in the middle of the night and the app takes several minutes to load so I can see if my baby just woke up or needs me I get frustrated I might as well just go in and check its faster! The idea is great but the application is shotty at best - then again Im beginning to see thats how summer infant works as a company - great ideas but cheap and crappy application! This app and monitor are just like their toys cheap quality!

Never works. Fix this app!

The app times out after 15 minutes and goes back to the log in screen. You saw that correctly a "monitoring" app that works for 15 minutes. Then you have to log in again. You may give the developers a pass on this for security or some other reason, but it saves your log in info, so all you have to do is hit "log in" again, irrational. You also will find that your log in is unsuccessful about 60% of the time, frustrating. I messed up and purchased this without reading enough reviews. Another group who didnt read them was the developers, who have done nothing to update and fix the problems. Save yourself the hassle and worry and just stay away from Summer monitors.

This thing is a total piece of junk. I have been trying for 15 minutes to log in and it just wont connect. It does this all the time. Such a waste of money!!!

App will not log in anymore.

Its so annoying everything I try to log in it wont let me. Every 5 min i have to close the app and open again. Specially when im at work i wanna check the camera. It wont log in keep saying try later. Nothing but problem from the moment we bought this camara.

The app take forever to load and log in. By the time I am logged in, I might as well got up and checked on baby. It times out and will go out of range without moving anything and without warning. Not recommended for quick peaks when I happen to wake up. Wish I could return the whole system.

This is the worst, most unreliable app on my phone. Not only does it time out, but you have only a 1-in-4 shot of actually getting connected to the monitor using your phone. When its the middle of the night and I want to check on my little one, its extremely irritating to wait and wait to get the screen loaded in - only to have error messages like camera is offline or failed log in over and over again. The idea of having access to the minute via phone is fantastic - but isnt reliable.

My husband and I sought after this monitor based on the accessibility that one can have to the monitoring of a child. The fact that my military husband could peek in on our LO while deployed totally sold us...but we were dooped. The monitor works fine...the app is a total disappointment and pretty much makes the purchase of the Summer monitor a waste of money. This app might work 25% of the time (according to others) but I wouldnt give it that much credit. At login, it often says, "camera offline," "login error," or just doesnt load at all. This isnt a monitoring system...its a worthless piece of junk. Unfortunately, we didnt see the reviews of this monitor app until after the purchase. What a scam!

Awful. Terrible. Disappointment. This app has failed me just about every time Ive needed it. Customer service is useless and the troubleshoot area on there website is a joke. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone because of how incredibly frustrating and unreliable this crappy app is. I wish I would have invested in an entirely different product.

The app is telling me email and password is incorrect. It disappoints me i want to see her when i am away from her at my moms house because my parents are divorced. I am only 10 and i have already reinstalled it. It does not work on my Iphone 4 or on my grandmas Ipad. Not good luck for my family.
