This has not loaded! We have been trying to load it for hours! Will this problem be fixed soon?

This app is terrible. It has not worked from day one. It keeps saying camera is offline when it is not and it works on my monitor. Too bad the summer infant team cannot get a better app for a $350 monitor. Their customer service is terrible too.

Purchased the monitor today. It doesnt work the way I had expected. If they dont fix the issues its going to be returned in a couple of days. Not worth $399 in Canada. Very disappointed.

The app worked the first couple times we used it, but now it keeps saying the camera is offline (which it isnt) or it failed to log in. Last update was February, its now September, and the glitches are still not fixed. Not impressed, especially since its a VERY expensive monitor.

This is a terrible monitor I wouldnt ever recommend this. Especially now that there is more on the market like it. A lot of the time I cant even access the monitor cause it wont load. Annoying!!

I just downloaded the app onto two iPhones and theyre working perfectly, at the same time. No problem logging in. So far Im happy with this product despite what Ive read in other reviews.

Biggest thing that kills this app is that it auto logs out after ten minutes. Considering that this is meant for baby monitoring it is a huge blunder. No way to get around that. Internet viewer does the same thing. Would not recommend this app or the monitor package.

This app never works, can not get an image! When I log in it tells me to try again or that the camera is offline when it is not!!! Very frustrating !!!!

Bought this camera which costs a fortune, and i cant even open the app on my iphone!!! Waste of money!!! I bought it to be able to watch my daughter when im not at home and i cant even do that!!!!

This app will not work at all or even let me sign in. Very disappointed considering the price . If no update soon will return.

I just purchased the camera and decided to download the free app... The app doesnt let you follow instructions just asks for your email and password, Ive never had this app before nor my husband he has the same issue. Weird !! But I see there is no update since Feb 2013 looks like the guy that made the app gave up! Good job buddy ...

Looks like this has been happening for more than a year. The app says the camera is offline when its not. The app is obviously the selling feature for the product and its unacceptable that it doesnt work, especially for the cost of the product.

Bought my Summer Infant monitor specifically for the availability to view the feed from both my husbands phone as well as mine. Couldnt even get the app to sign me in, says my username and/or password is incorrect. Its not. Tried 20+ times, made new login and couldnt get that to work either. Seems there is zero support for the app when you call Summer Infant for help. Completely useless

No push notifications? This must be the most useless app ever. What good is this if I have to constantly be opening the app to check to see if the baby is up/crying? Dont waste your money on this. Go buy one with push notifications (pretty much any other one!)

I want to set up a password & login but I cant?? Whats the deal with that? How do I??

So very disappointing, I tried logging in countless times and still nothing. As previous comments stated why have such expensive product with an app that is useless. Apple should really remove it.

App frequently glitches out And many times doesnt work! You just get a black screen with the loading symbol

This app is the number one reason to not use this baby monitor system. Ever. Dont do it.

I bout this system bc it had the monitor plus the app but the app never works! it worked the first week after that it just wont connect. Just keeps saying failed to connect!!!! Horrible!!!!! Dont buy!!!!

This app is trash!!!! It constantly says camera is offline when Im standing right next to the darn thing. It worked for about the first three months and that was it! If like to see my baby if my husband has the monitor on him. Pure garbage. You all need to fix this. Would not recommend this product to anyone!
